• Employee engagement survey and assessment

• Customized workshop series path to achieve highest priority goals

• Six to twelve 1.5-2 hour customized workshops, each building on previous learning and growth

• Glue Booster series following each completed workshop (6-12 months)

• Follow-up team survey after each completed workshop/booster series to measure results and adjust workshop path

The Glue Booster series
Following each workshop we deliver a month long series of Glue Boosters, providing support for your team as you implement lasting change.  Glue Boosters provide additional learning and help maintain the momentum and reinforcement to really make it stick!

Each Glue package is flexible to meet your practice’s needs.  Together we can mix and match services to provide an excellent Glue experience that fits your budget.
